Dr. Rick Davies is traveling to Israel on a fund raising adventure!
He is going to participate in the Wheels of Love Challenge, a cycling event that will raise money for the ALYN Children’s hospital in Jerusalem.
"I will be doing their "Challenge" (longest) route - about 420 miles in 5 days finishing with a long climb (2500 feet over the last 30 miles) back to Jerusalem. I am writing to ask if you will sponsor me in riding to support this worthy cause. The American Friends of Alyn Hospital have set up a web site to make this as easy as possible."
Please click the Wheels of Love link to support me on the charity bike tour. The event begins on November 9 and ends November 13, 2008. Donations are tax deductable. Thank you in advance for helping me.

Everyone is welcome to our autumn Juice Night on Thursday, September 18.
The juice nights are a good opportunity to get to know the club members in a relaxed and easy social setting. The snacks and beverages are always good, and refreshing after a workout.
So be sure to stop by this Thursday night and chat in the Kendo/Karate room, on the first floor.
Friends are welcome.
