Fred Guerra a judo player from Brazil worked out at the Takahashi Dojo for a few days before attending the Pan Am Masters tournament in Jonquière Quebec.

Frederico won gold in M1 (30-34 years) -66 kilos, and gold again in M1 M2 M3 (30-44 years) -66 kilos.

As a token of his appreciation to Sensei June, Tina, Phil, and Dave Kiang for working out at the dojo he prepared a video show casing some dojo action.

Fred also sent along links to some of the contests at Jonquière.

Thanks Fred…
