- 9. The Provincial Grading Board has identified when gradings will be held and in what region. All gradings around the province will be open to all members despite where you live. In addition, the grading board may be holding other seminars throughout the year. A proposed schedule for next year is as follows: March 31 and April 1/07 East Region Late May/June 2007 Central East August 2007 Central West Sept/Oct 2007 North Jan 2008 South West April 2008 North West As a reminder, all provincial gradings will be forwarded to the membership 60 days in advance. This will allow members 30 days to review and submit their forms. This will allow the office 30 days to receive and review all applicants’ recommendation forms.
