East Region Judo Members

There will be the AGM (Annual General Meeting) Sunday April 30, 2006 at the Takahashi Dojo in conjunction with a mandatory training. Since both events are at the same location there should be no conflict as to attendance.

The present executives will hold a meeting from 9:30 to 11:30 then the voting will begin 12:00pm to 1:30pm

Location: Takahashi Dojo (5 Melrose Ave.)

9:30 – 11:30 (executive meeting)
11:30 – 12:00 (election setup)
12:00 – 1:30 (voting)

The positions in the East Region Judo Executives are a two year term. Please remember that to be able to vote in the region you must be a black belt. The positions to consider helping out the East Region Judo are the following:

    •     Regional Director
    •     Assistant Regional Director
    •     Secretary
    •     Treasurer
    •     Regional Councilor
    •     Referee Coordinator
    •     Regional Coach (for youths - winter games)
    •     NCCP Coordinator (can be any volunteer)
    •     Web Master (can be any volunteer)
    •     Media Relations (public communications and can be any volunteer)

Please do not hesitate to consider any position that you may feel you can help out with and new member equals fresh ideas. We are all on the same team and help each other.
